URPY TOURS

PAYMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES & PAYMENT:

  • Prices of services are per Person / Adult. Children from 6 years old pay like adults. Children from 3 to 5 years old pay  only 50% of the total price.
  • Prices only in EURO (€) currency.
  • Payment free of taxes from Schengen zone countries are possible to our Private Bank Account in Austria.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION - by You:

  • In case of change of day  of  Service (Tour / Tranfer) after Payment it is possible until  5 working days before of the realisation of service without extra cost, after this time changes are not possible and payment will not be refundable.
  • In case of changes of Service ( Tour or Transfer) after payment it is possible until 5 working days before realisation of service without costs, after this time we will charge an administration fee of  30 €  for service, by not payment of administration fee your payment  of service will not be refundable.
  • In Case of  cancellation of Service  (Tour / Transfer) after Payment  it is possible  until 10 working days before of the realisation of service, only in this case we can refund 30% of the paid service.

NO SHOWS - by you

  • If you have a booking for any of our products or services  but you do not show up to check-in with us without advice at the day of service,  you will not be entitled to any refund from us. 
  • If no show up because illness or another incovenience at the day of the service it is only possible a change of day of your service within next 5 working days after this your payment will not be refundable.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION - by us

(only after your payment) If there is change of our programm or service we will advise you of the change as soon as we are able to before your service commences (1 week before). If there is a significant change, which is not due to an event beyond our control, you will be offered a choice of an alternative comparable service (if available) or gift coupon of Urpy Tours in same service and value paid or complet refund. If the reason for the significant change to the booking is due to an event beyond our control (Tsunami, eartquake) we will not be liable to offer you any compensation.

 

NO SHOWS - by us

If you have a payment booking for any of our services and this service doesnt take place, we can offer you an alternative comparable service or a gift coupon of Urpy Tours in same service and value you paid or we will refund you complet payment.
